Nine products. One synchronized stack.

Every SYNKRON product is built to integrate with every other SYNKRON product. The platform is composed, not assembled.

Master Engine

SYNKRON CORE™

The central control engine. Master clock, synchronization server, and show execution engine for the entire attraction or park.

Physical I/O

SYNKRON IO™

GPIO and physical input/output integration. Sensors, relays, actuators, hard-wired interlocks, and safety-rated discrete signals.

Audio & Video

SYNKRON AV™

Audio and video synchronization and distribution. Frame-accurate playback across distributed media endpoints, theater-scale audio routing.

Lighting

SYNKRON LX™

Lighting control and integration with show, environmental, and architectural lighting. DMX, sACN, Art-Net, and proprietary luminaire protocols.

Protocol Stack

SYNKRON NET™

Custom protocol stack with UDP-based real-time messaging and TCP-based configuration. Control, Timeline, Media, and System message types.

Onboard Vehicle

SYNKRON RIDE™

The onboard vehicle unit. Onboard audio, lighting, and GPIO. Pre-loaded timeline plus position sync. 75+ vehicles per attraction. Wi-Fi 6E signal. Track-powered.

Programming Env

SYNKRON SCRIPT™

The authoring environment for attraction sequencing, ride synchronization, and show programming.

Commissioning

SYNKRON DEPLOY™

Deployment and commissioning tools. Bring an attraction from build to launch with structured commissioning workflows.

Diagnostics

SYNKRON DIAG™

Diagnostics, remote monitoring, and system health. Operator dashboards, fault reporting, and predictive maintenance signals.

"Play at timestamp X" — not "play now."

Most show control systems issue commands as messages: "play this audio file." Network latency, processing delay, and clock drift all show up between the issuer and the executor. The result is misalignment between audio, video, lighting, and motion — the audience-visible kind.

SYNKRON dispatches against a synchronized time base. Every command carries a timestamp: play this asset at exactly timestamp X. Every endpoint holds the asset locally and waits until the master clock reaches that timestamp.

The result is sub-frame synchronization across distributed systems — even when ride vehicles, projection theaters, lighting fixtures, and audio zones are physically separated by hundreds of meters.

Conventional vs. SYNKRON
Conventional
CORE → "play asset_42"
// arrives after variable network delay
SYNKRON
CORE → "play asset_42 at T+1.250s"
// every endpoint fires at the same instant

The vehicle is part of the show.

SYNKRON RIDE is the onboard vehicle unit for synchronized dark rides and motion attractions. Every ride vehicle carries its own onboard audio, lighting, and GPIO — pre-loaded with the full attraction timeline and the position-synchronized cues for its current run.

Fleets of 75+ vehicles per attraction. Wi-Fi 6E radio for telemetry and clock sync. Track-powered for continuous duty. ITG designs the wireless infrastructure alongside the attraction itself.

Purpose-built protocol stack.

SYNKRON NET is the protocol layer beneath every other SYNKRON product. UDP for real-time control and timeline data. TCP for configuration and management. Built specifically for the latency and reliability demands of synchronized attraction operations.

Detailed protocol specifications and integration guides are available to commissioned operators and licensed development partners.
