Immersive Collectives is the IP entity of the IHG ecosystem. Its job is to invent worlds, write the narrative bibles, develop the characters, define the visual identities, and own the rights — then license that IP into the rest of the ecosystem under controlled terms.

IC does not develop real estate. IC does not run resorts. IC does not engineer attractions. That separation is intentional: it keeps the creative work disciplined, protects the IP cleanly, and creates a recurring revenue stream the rest of the ecosystem licenses against.

Three levels. One coherent brand system.

The IHG brand architecture is structured to keep corporate authority, IP ownership, and property-level personality separate but coordinated.

Immersive Holdings Group is the corporate umbrella. The brand stands for integration, ambition, and operational credibility across every layer of immersive entertainment.

The IP owner and licensor.
IC holds, develops, and licenses the story IP. Every resort universe, every character, every visual identity flows from IC. IC never builds or operates — it creates and licenses.

Property-Level IP
The worlds themselves.
Cactus Creek. Frontier Crossing. Blackwater Cove. Neon District. Redline Circuit. Each property carries its own narrative identity, lore, and brand expression — licensed from IC, deployed by IEG, built by IVG, powered by ITG.

Resort Universes

Self-contained narrative worlds with consistent internal logic — geography, history, factions, characters, and the rules of the world itself.

Attraction Narratives

Story frameworks for every ride, walkthrough, restaurant, and live experience within a property. The narrative spine that the show systems execute against.

Characters

Recurring and one-off cast across the IHG universes — original, fully owned IP free of licensing entanglements with third parties.

Visual Identity

Property-level brand systems, environmental graphics, signage standards, color palettes, and typography. The aesthetic operating system for each world.

Media Assets

Pre-rendered video, projection content, audio, animatronic motion data — the digital assets the show systems play back at runtime.

Franchise Licensing

Outbound licensing of IHG IP for products, partnerships, and brand extensions outside the resort context — under controlled, on-brand terms.

IP licensed inside and outside the ecosystem.

Within the IHG ecosystem, IC licenses to Immersive Ventures Group for resort development and to Immersive Experiences Group for operations. Each property pays a licensing fee against the underlying IP for as long as it operates under that brand.

Outside the ecosystem, IC selectively licenses IHG IP for partnerships, merchandise, media adaptations, and brand extensions — under controlled creative and quality terms designed to protect the long-term integrity of the worlds.
